This Return Policy describes how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for Gosheet products and services (including software, website access, and related digital offerings). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital services and no “physical” returns

Gosheet mainly provides digital access (for example, software, online tools, or account-based features). There is no physical product to send back. For that reason, standard “return shipping” or product exchange does not apply.

2. After account creation — refunds generally not available

Once your account is successfully created and access to the service has been granted or activated, your purchase is treated as final. In normal circumstances we do not provide returns, refunds, or credits for:

  • Change of mind after registration or after you have started using the service
  • Deciding you no longer need the product
  • Issues caused by incorrect details you entered at sign-up, unless we can correct them without granting a new paid entitlement

You are responsible for reading the plan or offer details before you pay. Completing registration means you accept that post-activation refund requests may be declined, except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly agree in writing.

3. When we may still help

We may review a request if there is a clear mistake on our side, for example:

  • You were charged twice for the same transaction (duplicate payment)
  • A technical error on our systems prevented any access despite successful payment
  • A specific promotional page stated a money-back or trial rule that applies to your case

Please contact us from the same email used on your account and include payment reference or receipt. We will reply after verifying records. Approval of any refund remains at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

4. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Starting a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us may lead to suspension of your account until the matter is resolved. We prefer to resolve billing issues directly when possible.

5. Relationship with other policies

This Return Policy works together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If something is not described here, the Terms of Use still apply where relevant.

6. Changes

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site, unless a law requires otherwise.
